When do I need to place my order? (timeline)     back>>

As soon as possible! Once you have all your details confirmed (such as date, venue, times, etc.) and you’ve decided on the invites you would like, you should place your order with us. Giving us plenty of time to process your order will ensure that it’s done perfectly and within your timeline. Orders can take anywhere from 2 -3 weeks, if everything is in stock, up to 6 weeks if items need to be special ordered. Remember, these delivery times can be even longer during peak times.

What are the costs?    back>>

Costs for the Invites A La Carte invites will vary depending on a few different factors such as quantity, print colour, graphics, types of paper, ribbons and accents, to name a few. A quote on the total cost of your invites will be provided during your consultation, when all of the above factors have been determined.

Do you have a minimum order or do I have to order in certain increments?     back>>

Invites A La Carte doesn’t have a minimum dollar amount but we do require a minimum of 12 invites. If you are adding any Envelopments® pieces that need to be special ordered, there is minimum order of 10 pieces, per type. If the Envelopments® pieces are in stock at the Essential Packaging Store, there is no minimum.

How do I place an order?    back>>

We always recommend placing your order in person at the Essential Packaging Store. This way you are able to see the various samples we have in Store, ensuring that you are getting exactly what you want. You can place your order during your consultation as well.

However, we understand that not all of our customers are able to come in person to place their orders. We do accept orders, over the phone or via email.

I’ve placed my order, what happens now? What is the process?    back>>

Once you have placed your order, including all the details and relevant information, we will then begin processing. If we have your pieces, such as paper, envelopes, etc. in stock, we will set them aside for your order. If we don’t have the pieces in stock, we will order them in. This can take about 2 – 3 weeks.

We will then email / fax your proof, usually within 5 business days, along with your Proof Confirmation Sheet. Once you have carefully checked your proof for any errors, you need to sign it and email / fax it back to us.

After we have received your signed proof, we will then go ahead with the printing and cutting of your order. This can take 1 – 2 weeks. Remember, we will NOT proceed with your order until we have your signed proof. This signed proof ensures that we are proceeding with your order exactly as you want it to look. Any delays in sending us your signed proof will translate into delivery delays.

I like one of the programs/invitations you have in your gallery, can I do it in different colours?     back>>

Of course! All of the invites shown in our gallery pages are just samples of what we can do. They are meant only as inspirations for you. All of our Invites A La Carte are custom, so you can change the paper colour, shape (orientation), fonts or graphics - everything is customized for you!

Do the invitations come assembled? Can I assemble myself?     back>>

We do all the printing and cutting of your invites, you do the assembling. When you receive your completed order, one completed sample will be enclosed for you to see how it has been assembled. Our helpful staff are available to walk you through the process - it’s quite easy!

Do you provide invitations in other languages?     back>>

Although no translation service is available, we can do your invites in some other languages. All of the information would need to be provided, by you, in the correct form and spelling. You can discuss this during your consultation or at the time of ordering. Please contact the Essential Packaging Store if you have any further questions.

When is payment due?    back>>

All Invites A La Carte orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

How much should I order?    back>>

To calculate how many invites you will need, consider 1 per couple / household. You should also order at least 5-10 extra and an additional 10 outer envelopes for any possible addressing mistakes.
